Q. My DVD is not playing correctly. Can you help?
A: Yes, we can help. Give us a call or shoot us an email. Defective DVDs sometimes happen.
Q: "My download
was interrupted and I cannot watch my video."
A: We know
that these instances happen, and we are here to help
make sure you get what you paid for. Each
digital download order allows multiple attempts per
purchase. If you have multiple interruptions,

for further assistance.
Q: "I successfully downloaded the video I bought,
but I cannot find it on my computer."
A: When you
attempt to download a video (or anything really)
your computer should prompt you to choose a location
on your computer to save the file. That will
be the location of the video you are attempting to
download. If your browser does not prompt you,
you may want to look a "Downloads" folder in "My
Documents".
Q: "I bought a download and after downloading the file, I get a 'corrupt file' error."
A:
Corrupt files are usually the result of the file not being downloaded completely. If you try to open the file while it is downloaded, you will get a "corrupt file" error. Please ensure that you have a solid internet connection and wait for the download to complete. If you have a slow internet connection, it could take several hours! Check the file size on the order page, and make sure the file you downloaded is the same size.
Q: Will the Digital Downloads work on my iPad?
A: Yes. All of
our Digital Downloads will work on your iPad, iPhone,
or iPod device.
Q: Do you guys sponsor teams?
A: Sorry, we DO NOT
sponsor teams. Since we must remain impartial on the
field while filming we do not sponsor teams. We do
allow people to add our logo to their jersey.
